Return Policy:

No returns or refunds for products in our shop unless due to faulty product.

T&Cs for our pottery workshops:

Due to the nature of clay, we cannot guarantee a perfect product every time.

• In the event your cup has major defects, a replacement session will be offered.

• No returns or refunds for change of mind.

• Your ceramic creations take 3-5 weeks to be ready for pick up/postage.

• Pick up must be within 6 weeks of the date it is ready, otherwise it will be donated/discarded.

• We will update you via IG or text to let you know when your pieces are ready to pickup.

• Pick ups will only be available at CeeCee Studios.

• No returns or rescheduling allowed for no-shows.
